Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped the same day payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are:
- Montréal: ~1 business day
- Ontario: 2–3 business days
- Alberta: 4–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 1–6 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days (ground shipping only)

Lost or Delayed Packages
