Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carriers, holidays, or customs clearance for international shipments.

International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll be able to see your package’s progress until it arrives at your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at cprestigemontreal@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
